QUEEN AND COUNTRY OPTIONALS README

The PBO titled 'mong_baf_optional' contains equipment which was never produced/issued in Real life, and which aren't/weren't used in combat.

To enable this content, move the PBO to the 'addons' folder, found one step up from this one.

This content will not be visible to other players if they do not have the optionals PBO enabled. Please instruct them on how to do this if it is needed,
as oppposed to reuploading.
